Most people can feel when something in their school, workplace, or neighborhood isn’t right. Fewer have been shown what to do next. Rooted to Rise closes that gap — teaching people to name the problem clearly, understand the system behind it, and work the right way to actually move it.

The goal is simple

That every person who finishes walks out believing — and able to prove — that they can make a positive difference wherever they go.

Goshen has served Panama City quietly for years, and we’re now home to the Bay County 32401 Children’s Initiative. That means this program isn’t imported from somewhere else — it’s built by people who live here, for the community we love.

We believe the leaders Panama City needs are already here. They just need someone to equip them and open the door.
